Expert Qualifications

This highly qualified expert has nearly 35 years of experience in emergency medicine. He received his BSc in biology and his MD from the University of British Columbia. He completed an internship at St. Paul's Hospital and a residency in emergency medicine at the University Hospital of Jacksonville. This expert is board certified in emergency medicine. He is involved in his field, having authored numerous publications and given several poster publications on emergency medicine. He has received multiple awards for his work, including the Lange Medical Award, the Parke Davis Book Award, and the Teacher of the Year Award from St.Paul's Hospital. His former positions include clinical assistant professor at University of British Columbia, advanced life support medical advisor for BC Ambulance Service, medical director for the Vancouver Fire and Rescue Services, and physician risk manager for the Canadian Medical Protective Association. Currently, this expert serves as an emergency physician for a healthcare system in British Columbia, a clinical assistant professor at an Ontario university, and a clinical associate professor and honorary lecturer at a British Columbia university.
