This board certified expert earned his BS from The University of Wisconsin, Madison and his MD from the Medical College of Wisconsin. He then completed an emergency medicine residency at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai in New York City. He is a certified instructor in ACLS/PALS and licensed in the state of Illinois. This expert has more than 13 years of clinical experience and has authored 20 peer-reviewed articles. Formerly, he served as the associate medical director for Libertas Center for Human Rights and as an associate professor within the department of emergency medicine at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. He currently is an assistant professor with the department of emergency medicine at a leading Chicago medical school and an attending physician for the department of emergency medicine at a Chicago academic medical center.
