This board certified expert has over 25 years of experience in the field of developmental-behavioral pediatrics. He earned his MA and his MD at the University of Cambridge in England. He completed a residency in pediatrics at Duke University, and a fellowship in behavioral and developmental pediatrics at the University of North Carolina. He has been published and lectured extensively, and has participated in the writing of a number of policy statements for the American Academy of Pediatrics during his work as the chairperson of the Committee of Children with Disabilities.
