Expert Qualifications

This qualified expert specializes in medical, cosmetic, and surgical dermatology, and is extremely proficient in dermatopathology. He received his BA in molecular and cell biology from University of California Berkeley before earning his MD from Johns Hopkins University. He subsequently completed an internship in internal medicine at Sinai Hospital-Johns Hopkins Hospital and a dermatology residency through Harvard University's Combined Dermatology Residency Program. This expert is board certified in dermatology and is active in his field as a member of several organizations, including the American Academy of Dermatology and the American Society for Dermatological Surgery. He is also active in his field as a researcher and as an author of multiple peer-reviewed journal articles. Formerly, he served as an emergency department scribe at St. Joseph's Hospital, the co-founder of Project 381, and a clinical instructor of dermatology at UCLA Medical Center. Currently, this expert is a dermatologist at a private practice in California.
