This highly qualified dentist is a national expert and frequent speaker on the treatment of anxious and special needs dental patients. He currently runs a private general dental and hospital practice in Maryland where he specializes in dental care for individuals who have anxiety or special needs. He is also the department head at a nearby hospital, where he provides dental care in the OR. Over the course of his career, he has treated 1,800+ patients who were asleep or under sedation in the OR and has administered oral sedation during 34,000+ patient visits to his office. He earned his D.M.D. at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine and completed his residency at the Genesee Hospital in Rochester, NY. The expert is a Diplomate with the American Board of Forensic Dentistry, the American Board of Special Care Dentistry, and the Dental Organization for Conscious Sedation. He is also a Member and Fellow of the Academy of Dentistry for the Handicapped and the American Association of Hospital Dentists.
