This highly-qualified plastic surgeon specializes in both cosmetic and reconstructive plastic surgery. She earned a BS in molecular and cellular biology from Yale University and went on to complete her MD, internship, and residency in plastic surgery at Georgetown University Hospital. This expert has been board-certified in plastic surgery for nearly a decade and is active in her field as a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgery. Formerly, she served as a wound care physician at multiple long-term care facilities in Maryland and as an attending physician in the plastic surgery division of the Veterans' Affairs Medical Center. Currently, this expert is the chief of plastic surgery at a VA medical center in DC and practices cosmetic and reconstructive plastic surgery privately at her own practice.
