Expert Qualifications

This highly qualified expert has over 25 years of experience in construction management and claims analysis. He earned his BS in civil engineering from Catholic University of America, is certified as a planning and scheduling professional, and is a licensed professional engineer. He is active in his field as a member of the Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering International, the American Society of Civil Engineers, and the American Society of Highway Engineers. His work in construction management has focused on critical path method scheduling (CPM), damages assessment, and construction from project initiation to completion. He formerly served as an engineer for Urban Engineers and a project engineer for Loftus. Currently, this expert is a senior consultant for an engineering consulting firm based in Pennsylvania.
