This highly-qualified expert has over 30 years of experience in engineering and construction management, specializing in avoiding, minimizing, or resolving problems that may evolve during the design and construction process. He earned his BS in civil engineering from Drexel University and is licensed in 15 states as a registered professional engineer. He is active in his field as a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers and the Associated General Contractors of America. He has formerly served as an engineer for Kiewit Eastern Co. and as a consultant for Arkhon Corporation. He has led management and risk audits, the development of project controls, and risk assessments of public and private projects, and has experience with various aspects of construction including contract preparation, field monitoring and inspection, budget assessments, termination and damage calculations, and claims analysis involving schedule delay, disruption and acceleration. Currently, this expert is a principal for a construction management consulting firm.
