Expert Qualifications

This highly-qualified expert has over 35 years of experience in the field of architecture, construction, and civil engineering. He earned his bachelor of architecture and his master of science in civil engineering from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. He is a certified construction manager and licensed general contractor and stays active in his field as a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers and Construction Management Association of America. Formerly, this expert held positions as director of engineering services for Tennessee Valley Authority, a regional engineer for the American Institute of Steel Construction, a project manager for Christman Construction and director of new construction and development for Belz Enterprises. He currently owns an independent construction consultancy in Tennessee.
