This highly-qualified expert has extensive experience in the field of construction, with his work involving the roles and responsibilities under contract documents, contract administration, contractor standards of care, construction costs, and scheduling delay and disruptions. He received his BA from Clemson University before earning his MBA from Pepperdine University. He also frequently participates in professional development courses to stay up to date on the latest practices in his field. He holds numerous certifications, including certifications as a building inspector, mechanical inspector, plumbing inspector, professional estimator, construction contract administrator, and in OSHA 30 hour construction and general industry. This expert is licensed as a general engineering contractor, a general building contractor, and a hazardous substance removal and remedial action contractor. He has formerly served as a foreman fro Aspen Construction Company, the president of Azimuth Builders, and the chief operating officer of Anson Construction Company. Currently, this expert is the owner of a construction and environmental consultancy in California.
