He has extensive experience serving as a retained expert, forensic neutral, eNeutral and eDiscovery liaison. Before working in the digital forensics and eDiscovery industry for over 13 years, he served as a partner with an international law firm focusing on litigation and technology law. He earned his JD degree from the University of Illinois, where he was his class valedictorian and Editor-in-Chief of the Law Review. Current certifications include EnCase Certified Examiner, Certified Computer Forensics Examiner, Certified Electronic Discovery Specialist and Systems Security Certified Practitioner. Currently he serves as CEO of a major computer forensics and eDiscovery company that has received numerous recent industry awards. He formerly served as a member of the board of directors at the International Information Systems Forensics Association. He also has served as an Adjunct Professor of Law and has been an invited lecturer on topics in digital forensics and eDiscovery at various universities and industry seminars.
