He has numerous peer reviewed publications, articles and textbook chapters, and published abstracts. He has given many academic presentations and has won several honors and awards including the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow's Honorary Fellow, Who's Who in the UK, and the Sir Peter Freyer Medal.
