Expert Qualifications

This highly-qualified expert has over 15 years of experience as a clinical psychiatrist and has experience in areas such as sexual harassment in the workplace, trauma, PTSD, depression, anxiety, workplace issues and accommodations, and EEO complaints. He received his BA in psychology from the University of Albany before earning his MA in education psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and his PhD from the Virginia Consortium Program in Clinical Psychology. After earning his doctorate, he subsequently completed an internship with the Albany Psychology Internship Consortium. He has formerly served as a respite counselor at Children's House Incorporated, a case manager at Creedmor Hospital, and a professor of psychology at Alamance Community College. In a clinical capacity, he has served as a clinical psychologist at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center, a health psychologist in the Defense & Veterans Brain Injury Center at the Walter Reed Army Medical Center, and a clinical psychologist in the inpatient and co-occurring partial hospitalization unit at Fort Belvoir Community Hospital. Currently, this expert serves as a psychologist at a private practice in Virginia.
