Expert Qualifications

This engineering expert has 25+ years of experience working on complex sites and marine projects. He has completed numerous projects over the course of his career, including 18+ marine/waterfront projects. He was the Project Manager and Lead Engineer for the development of a new maintenance facility for the New York Waterway at the Hoboken Ferry Terminal, the Project Manager and Lead Engineer for the expansion and repair of a main pier at SUNY Maritime's campus, and the Project Manager and Lead Engineer for a waterfront revitalization project in Brooklyn. The expert earned a B.A. in Mathematics from Bates College and a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Rutgers University. He is a registered professional engineer in New York, New Jersey, Delaware, and Nevada, and he is currently a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers and the National Society of Professional Engineers. The expert was previously the Assistant Vice President & Manager of the Marine and Harbor Structures Division for D'Onofrio General Contractors Corp. He is now an Adjunct Lecturer and the President of an engineering consultancy.
