Expert Qualifications

This highly qualified expert is located in New York. He received his BS in organic chemistry from The University of Virginia and his PhD in inorganic chemistry from Indiana University. He is an active member in his field with numerous publications and several presentations. He is a member of multiple organizations, including, the American Chemical Society, the Union of Concerned Scientists and the International Society of Fire Service Instructors. He previously served for 8 years as a volunteer firefighter and instructor, hazmat specialist and EMT with the Bloomington Township Department of Fire and Emergency Services. He also has a robust history as an educator, with appointments in the chemistry department at several different institutions, including, Indiana University, Hunter College, and St. Joseph’s College. Currently, he serves as an adjunct professor of chemistry and a lecturer at two different educational institutions in New York as well as a senior editor for a Japanese company that peer-reviews publications for non-native english speakers.
