This chemical engineering expert earned a chemical engineering degree from the Universidad de Matanzas in Cuba and specializes in proposal writing and commercial agreement negotiations, process engineering, project engineering, project management, plant operation, and environmental engineering. He is active in his field as a member of several engineering associations, as a translator of numerous scientific papers from Spanish to English, as well as engineering specifications and standards, work procedures, project instruction and other engineering and technical documents, and as a Spanish-English interpreter in scientific conferences and events as well as engineering meetings in Cuba, Italy, Spain and Canada. He has formerly served as a senior area project engineer for Worley Parsons UAE, a project engineer for IMV Projects, a senior project engineer for Projex, and an engineer manager for TR Canada. Currently, this expert is the owner of an engineering firm based in Calgary, Alberta.
