Expert Qualifications

This qualified expert has nearly 10 years of experience in internal medicine. She received her BA in rhetoric and molecular/cell biology from UC Berkeley and earned her MD from the University of Chicago. She completed two residencies and two fellowships: an internal medicine residency at Johns Hopkins Hospital, a diagnostic radiology residency at Oregon Health and Science University, a pulmonary and critical care medicine fellowship at Vanderbilt University, and a cardiothoracic radiology fellowship at Oregon Health and Science University. This expert is currently board-certified in internal medicine with a subspecialty in pulmonary disease. She is active in her field as a member of several societies, including the American College of Radiology and the American Roentgen Ray Society. She is also involved in research, having authored numerous publications. Her former positions include critical care nocturnist for Skyline Medical Center and medical director of inpatient respiratory therapy at Kaiser Permanente's Westside Medical Center. Current, this expert serves as an assistant professor of cardiothoracic imaging at a medical school in Oregon.
