This expert is a world renowned business ethics teacher, scholar and consultant. He received his J.D. from New York University and his Ph.D. in Public Policy from Harvard University. Prior to entering academia, this expert was the General Counsel of BioTechnica International, one of the first publicly-held biotechnology companies, and of Interlaken Capital, a privately held venture firm. Currently, he is a Professor of Management at a Silicon Valley-located business school specializing in business ethics. In 2003, he raised $53,000 in external funding to organize a conference on Ethics in the Pharmaceutical Industry, and he is an Editor of a book on ethics in the pharmaceutical industry. He has published and lectured extensively on business ethics, and he is a member of the Editorial Board of both the "Journal of Human Rights" as well as "Business Ethics Quarterly" and a Co-Editor of Business and Human Rights Journal.
