This highly qualified expert is a doctor of nursing practice as well as a certified bariatric nurse with years of experience. She received her BSN degree from Russell Sage College, her MSN degree from University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center, and her Doctor of Nursing Practice from University of Nevada. She is a member of multiple prestigious organizations such as the National Association of Bariatric Nurses where she has served many positions including president, as well as the American Society of Metabolic and Bariatric Surgeons. She has 26+ peer-reviewed articles, presentations and posters in the field of nursing. She has served as adjunct faculty at University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center and University of Central Oklahoma. Currently, she is the Bariatric Program Coordinator/Research Coordinator at a busy Bariatric Center of Excellence in Nevada.
