He has an ability to explain complex design and construction issues in a simple and clear manner as an expert witness. He has testified in deposition, mediation, arbitration and Court. This expert actively consults on construction claims for defects, delays, and errors & omissions. He earned his Bachelor of Architecture from the New Jersey Institute of Technology and is currently licensed in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Washington D.C. and Florida. The expert is also a Professional Planner in New Jersey and has an NCARB Certificate from the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards. He has completed analysis on numerous projects, including condominium complexes, schools, healthcare facilities, and resort properties, among others. He was a Claims Department Head and a Senior Architect for The Falcon Group before starting his current role as a Forensic Architect at a firm in New Jersey.
