Expert Qualifications

This board-certified, highly awarded anesthesiologist is currently the Director of Regional Anesthesiology Fellowship Program at one of the nation's most prestigious University Medical Centers, as well as an Assistant Professor of Anesthesiology at the same university. He completed his fellowship in regional anesthesia and acute pain management from University of Pittsburgh Medical Center, completed his Anesthesia residency at Massachusetts General Hospital - Harvard Medical School, and completed his Medicine Internship at Tufts University School of Medicine. This expert is a member of numerous societies in the fields of anesthesiology and pain medicine. He has also been published more than 20 times in the relevant fields. His clinical practice is focused on general, orthopedic, and regional anesthesia with emphasis on acute perioperative pain management. His academic interests lie in functional mechanisms of regional anesthesia and neural blockade, multimodal analgesia, application of novel technologies in the perioperative clinical environment.
