This highly qualified Professor of Anesthesiology received a bachelors degree from Harvard University before gaining her medical degree from the prestigious Yale University School of Medicine. She is Fellowship trained in Obstetric Anesthesiology and board certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology . This expert is a member of numerous professional organizations including the New York State Society of Anesthesiologists and the American Society of Anesthesia. She has published eight peer-reviewed journal articles as well as four textbooks. She is a former Assistant Professor of Anesthesiology at Columbia University.
