This New York City traffic maintenance, street design, accident reconstruction, and building codes expert leverages his civil engineering background in his forensic work. He graduated from the City College of New York with a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and maintains the distinction of Professional Engineer in both New York and New Jersey. A member of the Society of Automotive Engineers, American Society of Civil Engineers and Past President (2006) and Fellow in the National Academy of Forensic Engineers, he has previous experience in the design and rehabilitation of highways in the New York area.
