This expert has provided consulting services in accident reconstruction, biomechanics, EDR/ECM data retrieval, forensic vehicle examinations, product safety, system safety, and human factors engineering for over 25 years. He has full accreditation as a Traffic Accident Reconstructionist [ACTAR 738]; is a Certified Professional Ergonomist [N. 017]; is a specialist in using PC Crash computer simulation for the purposes of accident reconstruction; has specialized training and certification in Crash Data Retrieval Systems [both passenger vehicle EDRs and Transport Heavy Truck ECMs]; and is a licensed Commercial Motor Vehicle Operator. He has conducted over 3000 technical accident investigations and reconstructions, and has qualified to testify in courts in both Canada and the U.S. He is currently a Principal Associate for an accredited Accident Investigation and Reconstruction firm, which has offices throughout the northeast: New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, and Ontario,Canada.
