This highly qualified expert holds both a Bachelors and a Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of South Carolina where he was summa cum laude. He is a Certified Plant Engineer and a Certified Training Instructor for Aerial Work Platforms and Rough-Terrain Forklifts. He was enlisted in the United States Navy for 12 years where he was responsible for operating, repairing, and managing nuclear power plants and personnel. He has also served as Director of Engineering, Chief Engineer and has also held the position of Senior Design engineer responsible for manufacturing and new product development. In 1989 he was elevated to position of Chief Instructor for the ATV industry. He has held that position from 1989 to the present. In 2011, he became Chief Driver Coach Trainer for the ROV industry. He has assisted in managing and establishing the current curriculum for the Nation's leading ATV rider training organization and the leading ROV training organization. The ATV organization has provide ATV rider education to more than 750,000 ATV users. He was selected by the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) to not only testify on several ATV safety issues, but to also train their compliance officers in hands-on ATV operation. From 1970 to 1993 he was employed as a State Trooper for the Maryland State Police. Consequently he adds twenty-three years of expertise in accident investigation to his curriculum vitae. He has testified in Court concerning ATV, ROV and UTV accident cases extensively.

This expert has extensive experience and education on dog training and behavior having authored over five well received publications. She earned an Associate Degree in Administration of Justice at Santa Rosa Junior College. She worked for the Marin Humane Society in California for over 20 years, enforcing animal protection and control laws. She served as a president of the Association of Pet Dog Trainers, and a member of the Mid-Atlantic Association of Positive Professional Pet Trainers, the Tennessee Association of Positive Trainers, the Animal Behavior Management Association, the Association of Animal Behavior Professionals, and the Association of Pet Dog Trainers. The expert launched her own canine training center in Maryland acting as the head trainer, while also furthering her certifications through the Council for Professional Dog Trainers and the International Association of Animal Behavior Consultants.
