This highly-qualified expert has over 20 years of experience in electrical and electronics engineering, rail transit systems design, construction, project management, light rail vehicle, and field wayside maintenance areas. He earned his BS in electrical and electronics engineering from California State University at Sacramento and his MBA in strategic leadership from Amberton University. He is licensed as a registered professional engineer in California. He formerly served as a technologist for Bechtel Power Corporation, a stop and zones technician and acting administrator for Orange County Transportation Authority, a project engineer for DCM Industries and Balfour Beatty Rail Systems. He also served as the associate systems design engineer for the Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority, working with the Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART) team on the Silicon Valley Rapid Transit (SVRT) BART Extension Project. Currently, this expert is a senior systems engineer of rail operations for a local transportation authority in California.

Expert in rapid transit accident investigation, particularly rolling equipment and motive power, event recordings, track, operations, train handling, and human performance. He retired from the National Transportation Safety Board after 22 years as an investigator-in-charge in which time he participated in 57 major accident investigations, 32 field accident investigations, 10 public hearings, 16 depositions, and 6 special studies.  He wrote 11 major accident reports, 8 field accident reports, and personally conducted 10 sworn depositions. He was responsible for over 157 adopted NTSB safety recommendations in all facets of rail transportation. He previously worked for the Burlington Northern Railroad as a mechanical department manager. After his NTSB retirement, he became Assistant Vice President of Operations, Planning and Analysis for Rail Sciences Inc. As the son of a now 96-year old retired locomotive engineer who had 42 years of service, he grew up in a railroad family and became fascinated with trains and the rail industry, particularly safety.

This expert holds a BSCE from the University of South Alabama, and is a licensed professional civil engineer in dozens of states. She is a member of the American Railway Engineering and Maintenance of Way Association, and sits on the advisory board for the University of South Alabama Department of Civil Engineering. This expert has been in the civil engineering and design field for the last 23 years, and is currently the president/project manager/civil engineer at a top engineering firm in Alabama.

This expert has experience as a Rail Transit operator and operations supervisor. He worked as a Field Supervisor, Rail Controller, Yard Controller, and Instructor, which included training and responding to rail related accidents as an investigator. He assisted in creating a Rail Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and Rail Operating Rule Book for Metro Blue, Green and Red Line commuter trains.

This expert has more than 20 years of experience in the field of compensation, and is recognized worldwide for his global expertise in sales incentive plan design, as well as other kinds of variable reward and recognition programs. He has worked in both public and private sectors, and has a wide range of diversified industry experience that includes Finance, Managed Care, Food, Chemical and Durable Goods manufacturing. He has been an invited speaker at several professional conferences that include the New Jersey Compensation Association and HR.com, where he discussed and presented "best practice" with respect to the sales incentive design process. A longstanding member of the American Compensation Association, he has earned the professional designations of Certified Compensation Professional, and Global Remuneration Professional. He was recently published in World at Work Journal and he is also a member of the New Jersey Compensation Association. He currently serves as Director of Compensation for the country's largest rail and bus commuting system.

This qualified expert has over a decade of experience in his field. He received his BS in business administration with a concentration in management from Southwest Baptist University. He has held a multitude of roles in the railroad industry, including terminal trainmaster, director of administration, terminal manager and most recently superintendent of operations. This expert lead a team of over 300 train, yard, and engine employees to multiple extended human factor incident and injury free streaks. He is currently the ranch manager of a family-owned ranch in Missouri and consultant on railroad operations.

This highly-qualified expert has extensive experience in the field of rail and transit operations. He completed courses at Northeastern University before earning his AS in transportation from University College at Northeastern University. He completed a bus operator and management trainee internship with the Chicago Transit Authority, a vendor warranty enforcement internship with the City of Philadelphia's Department of Public Property, and a metro LRV quality control cataloging and enforcement internship with the San Francisco Municipal Railway. This expert is active in his field as an avid railroad and transportation photographer, as well as an author and editor for several railway association publications. He has formerly served as a train operator for the MTA New York City Transit and the messenger service for George H. Dean Co. in Boston. Currently, this expert serves as a data collector and quality control specialist for the Central Transportation Planning Staff for a regional planning agency in Massachusetts.

This expert has nearly a decade of experience in railroad operations and safety. He is a member of both the United Transportation Union and American Corporate Partners. Formerly, he served as a railway conductor and railway crew manager at BNSF Railway, as well as a regional safety manager at Rescar. He has also served as the senior manager of operations and vice president of railway operations at Railway Safety Consultants, LLC, where he led international railway operations in performance metrics, training standards, auditing, and government compliance. Currently, this expert is the chief operating officer at an international railway consultancy.
