This well seasoned professor of higher education has over 30 years of experience in physical education and recreational sports. Throughout his career he has been a member of several professional societies including the National Intramural-Recreational Sports Association (NIRSA), the Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic Association (PIAA), the National Association of Student Personnel Administrators (NASPA) and the International Association of Approved Basketball Officials (IAABO). He served as Director of NIRSA in two different states (New York and Pennsylvania). He has directed over 200 regional and field office staff involved in state agency policy support and food retailer management. He has adjudicated administrative appeals for food retailers participating in the Food Stamp Program and developed administrative review guidelines and trained Food Nutrition Service agency review officers. This expert has extensive experience managing Electronic Benefits Transfer (EBT) projects through the full system life cycle and also has national experience serving as a principal in building and directing multi-state and federal EBT consortium. He also has significant experience as a grants and contracts manager for non-profits in the health delivery and education spheres of interest. He earned his BA at the University of Maryland.

He is board certified in Clinical Pharmacology and Nutrition. He is a Fellow of both the American College of Clinical Pharmacology and the American College of Nutrition. he has won many awards throughout his career including the American Society of Pharmacy Law honor for legal writing. He has published over 300 journal articles and book chapters and currently serves as a reviewingeditor of the American Journal of Therapeutics. He is frequently invited to lecture as a guest speaker both nationally and internationally. This expert is a former assistant director of pharmacy at Cook County Hospital, and is currently an associate professor of pharmacology at a major medical college.

This highly qualified expert has extensive knowledge of regulatory and legislative issues relating to the healthcare industry and of eHealth governance. He received both his MAS and PhD degrees focusing in health policy and law and global health from the University of California, San Diego, and has worked as a consultant or expert for various organizations including the World Health Organization, US Department of State, US Department of Justice and others. He is a member of various professional organizations, including the American Public Health Association and is the current program chair of the APHA Trade and health forum. He lectures both nationally and internationally and has received multiple honors for his outstanding research. He has published 100+ peer-reviewed journal articles and serves on the editorial board at BMC Medicine and is an associate editor at BMC Public Health. He is the former senior research associate at the California Western School of Law's Institute of Health Law Studies and the former senior legal and compliance specialist at ResMed Inc. Currently, he is the director of a major health policy research institute and an assistant professor of global public health at a major school of medicine, where he also directs the master's degree program in health policy and law.

She a certified clinical social worker in several states,and is a member of such prestigious societies as the Health Care Compliance Association and the National Association of Social Workers. Her specialty includes treatment of sexual offenders and survivors of sexual abuse, as well as in the development sexual abuse treatment programs. This expert also is a subject matter expert in the provision of behavioral health services and the documentation of medical necessity of these services to ensure appropriate Medicaid billing. She assists behavioral health agencies in the identification of areas of compliance risk and provides consultation and staff/board training to mitigate those risks. She has assisted agencies in becoming nationally accredited. She is also an independent representative of Measure of Success Tracking (MOST), which is a compliance tool that allows agencies to measure both quantitative and qualitative data to improve compliance and quality of care.

This expert has over 30 years of experience consulting as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. She earned her BS in Home Economics with an emphasis in Human Nutrition and Food Service Management and her MS in Human Nutrition and Food Service Management from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. She is actively involved in her industry as a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, the California Dietetic Association, Consultant Dietitians of California, Consultant Dietitians in Health Care, Dietitians in Integrative and Functional Medicine, and as a board member for Behavioral Health Dietitians. Currently, she is an instructor at a California community college and a consultant dietitian at a California consulting company.

He earned his BS in psychology from the University of Washington and is a chartered financial analyst. He has formerly served as the director of food, wine, and agribusiness research for Deutsche Bank, the senior vice president of equity research for D.A. Davidson & Co., and the director of strategic ventures for Post Holdings. Currently, this expert is a senior analyst for the food, beverage, and nutrition division of a research group in New York. He also runs a vineyard and winery in Oregon's Willamette Valley.

This highly-qualified expert has nearly 30 years of experience in the field of chiropractic malpractice, with his work having involved manipulative and associated conservative therapies, skeletal muscle exercise, nutrition, supplements, and weight loss. He received his BA in physical education from the State University of New York Cortland and his BS in biology from the National College of Chiropractic previously earning his MA in exercise physiology from the University of Maryland. This expert then went on to earn his DC from National College of Chiropractic and his MS in applied clinical nutrition from New York Chiropractic College. He is involved in research in his field, having authored several publications and scholarly works in the areas of manual therapies, exercise instruction and nutrition over the course of his career. He has also presented at national conferences on spinal manipulation, exercise, soft tissue massage and nutrition. He began his career as a fitness technician for the Institute of Human Performance and has served as an exercise physiologist for the Department of the Interior, the sports and fitness program director for the YMCA Olean, and the staff doctor of chiropractic at Monroe Community Hospital. He also served as a nutritionist for Finger Lakes Progressive Nutrition, as well as an associate professor at New York Chiropractic College. Currently, this expert serves as an academic instructor at a chiropractic college.
