Currently, he is a Professor of Law at a VA university where he teaches Torts, Legal Ethics, Products Liability, and Jurisprudence. His research on torts and ethics issues is nationally known has published numerous books, chapters, and articles on legal ethics. Notably, he is co-author of two editions of West's Legal Ethics in a Nutshell and is sole author of two editions of West's Products Liability hornbook.
