He has served as a police practice consultant in various states including California, Georgia, Utah, and New York. He is currently Owner and CEO of a police practices consulting firm.

This qualified expert has nearly 35 years of experience in law enforcement and is highly involved in laws pertaining to alcoholic beverages. He earned his BS from Colorado State University and completed the Colorado POST certification program at AIMS Community College. He has formerly served as the deputy sheriff for the Larimer County Sheriff's Office and an investigator for the Arapahoe County Coroner's Office.
