This highly qualified police policy and procedures expert has over 35 years of experience, and has extensive experience in undercover and surveillance operations, as well as narcotics identification and investigations. He earned his AS in criminal justice from the County College of Morris, and both his BS in justice studies and his MSM in criminal justice administration from the College of Saint Elizabeth. He is also a graduate of the FBI National Academy.
