Industrial Safety Expert Witnesses

This expert is a certified OSHA outreach instructor , teaches OSHA compliance, and has spent many years focusing on the safety direction for construction, oil and gas companies. He earned his Masters Degree in Occupational Safety & Health from Columbia Southern University and has held numerous safety management positions. In addition to his leadership roles in the oil and gas space, he is a licensed paramedic. Currently, this expert is the Owner and Operator of an industrial safety school, and the Corporate Safety Director of an oil and gas company. He is completing his Law degree at St. Mary's University School of Law in San Antonio, Texas.

This highly qualified expert has over 15 years of experience human and forensic toxicology, occupational disease, occupational and environmental health and safety, industrial hygiene and asbestos. He completed his BS in Medical Laboratory Technology at Marquette University and his MS in Pharmacology and Toxicology at the Medical College of Wisconsin. In addition, he is active in his field as a member of numerous societies including the American Industrial Hygiene Association, Society of Toxicology, Alliance of Hazardous Materials Professionals, and American Society for Clinical Pathology. Currently, he is a Senior Project Manager at a human health occupational firm.

This expert has more than 16 years of experience conducting job analyses to address employment law compliance issues. She gained her BA in sociology at the University of California, Berkeley and her MS in organizational development at the University of San Francisco. Currently, she is a Director in the Labor and Employment Practice at Berkeley Research Group. She was formerly an organizational consultant at The Empower Group and Right Management as well as the vice president of Lamorinda Consulting.

This expert gained his MS in public health with a focus on industrial hygiene and safety at the University of Washington. He is a certified industrial hygienist and will soon be certified as a Mold Assessor in Texas. Currently, he works as a senior industrial hygiene consultant win Washington State. Formerly, he served as an industrial hygiene engineer and consultant at Boeing, OR State Accident Insurance Fund, and owned a consulting firm called that was bought by Clayton Group Services (now Bureau Veritas). He has experience in litigation matters regarding asbestos, solvents, silica, noise, mold, bacteria, and other exposures.

This highly qualified expert has more than 30 years of experience in the field of industrial hygiene. He earned his BA in chemistry from Macalester College before earning an MS in food science, an MPH in environmental health, and a PhD in environmental health all at the University of Minnesota. He is a certified industrial hygienist in comprehensive practice and chemical aspects. He formerly served as hazardous waste manager at the University of Minnesota and as a research associate - analytical laboratory supervisor at the University of Minnesota-Duluth. He then went on to work as a staff scientist at Hazleton Laboratories of America, as director of industrial hygiene at Northland Environmental Services, and finally as a professor of industrial hygiene and environmental chemistry at the University of Wisconsin-Stout. He currently serves as a senior consultant in industrial hygiene at a consultancy in WI.

This highly qualified industrial hygiene expert has experience in exposure assessments, asbestos, silica, beryllium, formaldehyde, respiratory protection, hazardous materials, and confined spaces. He earned his BS in business administration from the University of Wyoming. He is a certified industrial hygienist, hazardous materials manager, safety professional, and safety manager. He has given multiple lectures at the Wyoming Safety and Health Summit, as well as at the Wyoming State Bar Association. This expert currently works for a consulting company that focuses primarily on exposure assessment, occupational disease prevention, and occupational health and safety.
