He has extensive experience teaching about multiculturalism and cultural diversity and even designed the first cultural diversity courses and curricula for multiple academic programs. This expert is currently an adjunct professor in fire service administration at a university and in criminal justice at a community college, as well as the owner of a training and human resources consulting firm, all in Oregon.
