This expert is a Safety Manager/Engineer/Inspector with 20 years of progressive experience and a proven track record implementing safety programs to reduce incidents, improve environments and deliver measurable cost savings. He has a strong background in OSHA, Regulatory and EPA compliance, including advanced training, consulting, and instruction, having worked there for 9 years. He has developed safety policies and procedures during the oversight of more than 110 construction and heavy machinery projects, and has been used as a strategic resource in manufacturing environments through creation of safety management programs. Currently, he is the senior safety consultant at a full service EHS Consultation firm providing safety training , onsite safety staffing, accident investigations and full safety program management and development.

This expert is an accomplished financial professional with over 30 years experience in the design and implementation of risk management programs, business plans, and budgets. His regulatory background includes senior positions at several US regulatory agencies, including the Federal Home Loan Bank of Dallas, the Office of Thrift Supervision, and the Comptroller of the Currency. He is a certified fraud examiner and holds a BBA with a major in finance and economics and an MBA with a concentration in finance and banking from Stephen F. Austin State University. He began his career with the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency where he was involved in all aspects of supervising commercial banks including investigations of criminal and illegal activities. He also served as Special Deputy Receiver for the State of Texas Department of Insurance where he was responsible and accountable to the courts for the sale and management of a wide variety of assets, including stocks, bonds, mortgages, and other real estate holdings and closing financial statements. As Senior Vice President at the Federal Home Loan Bank of Dallas and the Office of Thrift Supervision, he was responsible for the supervision of problem financial institutions with assets in excess of $1 billion. He supervised a staff of 85+ professional and received several special recognition awards for outstanding service. Currently, he is the President and CEO of an independent financial services consulting firm that specializes in regulatory banking supervision, risk management, and internal control.

This expert has over a decade of experience in residential and commercial construction. He earned his BS and MBA from Texas A&M University and went on to serve as a consultant for Accenture before moving into the construction industry. His construction experience includes commercial projects up to $125 million such as luxury hotels, hospitals, schools, airports, and office buildings. His residential construction experience includes custom home building and remodeling on projects up to $750,000, including major additions, upscale kitchen and baths, fire & flood restoration, and whole-house renovation. He is active in his field as a member of the National Association of Home Builders and the National Roofing Contractors Association and currently manages a residential design-build firm in Texas.
