Stephanie Santiago

Stephanie is a Multidisciplinary Research Analyst at the Expert Institute. Prior to joining the team, Stephanie worked in the employee mobility sector for a relocation company. In this role, Stephanie managed the process of employee relocations and was responsible for training a counseling team, cost management, client concerns, and quality assurance from partnering vendors. Stephanie is a member of a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering women and children in underserved communities in the Milwaukee area as well as a competitive tennis player.

Stephanie received her bachelor’s degree in political science and social welfare with a minor in history as well as her master’s degree in leadership from Marquette University.
